These terms apply to the picturethat.cloud website and app preview. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Questions or support requests can be sent to hutch@yakyak.solutions.

The service

picturethat.cloud lets you photograph clouds, draw the shapes you imagine, and request AI-generated interpretations. The service is currently a preview: features, availability and processing times may change, and jobs may fail. Keep your own copies of photos and creations that matter to you.

Your account and conduct

Use an account you are authorized to access and protect your sign-in credentials. You must be able to agree to these terms under the laws that apply to you, or have a parent or guardian’s permission and supervision where required.

Only upload content you have the right to use. Do not submit unlawful material, infringe others’ rights, expose private information without permission, harass others, distribute malware, interfere with the service, or attempt to bypass access controls or usage limits.

Your content

You retain any rights you hold in your uploaded photos, drawings and captions. You give picturethat.cloud permission to store, copy, process and transform that content as needed to provide the features you use, including AI rendering and displaying content you choose to share. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

Publicly shared content can be viewed and copied by others. Requesting deletion removes content through the service’s deletion process, but cannot recall copies others have saved. See our privacy policy for information about data processing and deletion.

AI-generated results

Generated images may be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to other outputs. Review results before sharing or relying on them. We do not guarantee that an output is unique, eligible for copyright, or free of third-party claims. You are responsible for your use of uploaded content and generated results.

Availability and restrictions

We may change or discontinue preview features, limit usage to manage capacity, or restrict accounts and content that violate these terms or threaten the service. Contact hutch@yakyak.solutions if you believe a restriction was made in error or need help retrieving or deleting your content.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the preview is provided as available, without promises of uninterrupted operation, error-free results or fitness for a particular purpose. These terms do not exclude rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service develops. Updated terms will appear on this page with a revised date; material changes will be communicated through the service where appropriate. For support, rights concerns or deletion requests, contact hutch@yakyak.solutions.
