This policy explains how picturethat.cloud handles information when you visit our website or use our cloud-photo drawing and AI rendering preview. For privacy questions or requests, contact hutch@yakyak.solutions.
Information we process
Google sign-in. We request basic identity and profile access (openid profile) to authenticate you. Google can provide your account identifier, name and profile picture. Our current web sign-in stores your Google account identifier and a display name derived from your given name, along with an account creation date. We do not request access to Gmail, contacts, Google Drive, or your Google password. We do not store your Google profile picture as part of the current web account record.
Your creations. When you upload or submit content, we process your photos, drawing strokes, captions, generated images, and associated account, job and sharing information. Original uploads may contain embedded metadata; avoid uploading photos containing private information you do not want processed or shared.
Device storage and technical information. The app uses browser or device storage for drafts, pending submissions and sign-in state. Authentication uses a temporary security cookie and session credentials. Our hosting infrastructure processes request information such as IP addresses, timestamps and errors to deliver the service, limit abuse and diagnose problems.
How we use information
We use this information to sign you in, associate creations with your account, save and display content, run the render queue, generate cloud interpretations, respond to support requests and protect the service. The current rendering pipeline runs downloaded AI models for inference; it does not train models on your submissions. Google account data is used for account functionality, not as input to image generation.
Processing and sharing
Cloudflare hosts the website, API, stored media and application records. Submitted photos, drawings and captions are downloaded to an operator-managed Mac Studio for AI processing, and results are uploaded to Cloudflare. Google processes sign-in under its own policies. These providers may process information in countries other than your own.
Content you share publicly, including photos, interpretations, captions and your display name, may be viewed by others. Do not treat shared media links as private storage. Other people may save copies of public content. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address abuse or protect the service.
Storage and deletion
Account records and submitted content remain stored while needed to provide the service, unless deleted. Local drafts can remain on your device until you remove them or clear the app’s storage. Signing out does not itself delete uploaded content or local drafts.
You can use available in-app deletion controls or contact hutch@yakyak.solutions to request account or content deletion. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account owner. Deletion from the service cannot remove copies saved by other people; infrastructure logs or backups may persist according to provider retention practices or applicable requirements.
You can also remove picturethat.cloud’s Google connection from your Google Account settings. Removing that connection does not by itself delete your picturethat.cloud account or creations.
Your choices and questions
You can explore the drawing preview without signing in. Sign-in is required for account features such as submitting content. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information; send requests to hutch@yakyak.solutions. Please avoid uploading other people’s personal information without permission.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and update the date above. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be communicated through the service where appropriate.
